Studio Skey is continuously working to provide a customised offering that is specific to your project and this will be discussed during your initial consultation. We strive to be cost-transparent to all customers from the initial consultation so that there are minimal to no unexpected costs involved in the completion of your project. Our experienced team of designers will work closely with you every step of the way, ensuring that your space is not only beautiful but also functional and reflective of your personal style.

Digital Concept 

Your designer will provide options in the form of a digital concept board and mood boards illustrating your design direction. Once your digital concept has been confirmed, your designer will start the process of sourcing your design items and putting together a curated shopping list. Where possible, we will help secure trade discounts on your purchases from your chosen suppliers.

Management

Studio Skey will manage the ordering process for you should it be required. If the site is in Cape Town, a Studio Skey representative can accept delivery of your order, and your designer can manage the installation.

If your site is not in Cape Town, Your designer can either travel to your site, or your designer can put together a detailed installation manual for you to follow.

Please note that this will come at an additional cost and discussed before a quote is provided.

 

Technical Drawings

& 3D Views

The floor plans will outline the proposed room layout, with floor and wall finishes. The 3D views and/or renders indicate the proposed material selection for joinery and furniture. Renders can take away your stresses of making important finish and layout decisions as you will be able to see a realistic image first.
